The Desktop Application
As our desktop application delivers your print item to the priner spool on your computer, it means it can print to any printer installed on that computer that your system recognises, we can also RAW print to sytems like Zebra Printers (ZPL), Citizen Printers (CPL), Eltron Printers (EPL), Epson Standard (ESC/P, often for till pritners) etc. Our system can print many formats, including HTML, Images (png, jpg, svg), RAW (ZPL, CPL, EPL, ESC/P) and we currently have a limited beta of PDF printing and are currently testing a more advanced version. You can print via the API, Live Admin Panel or Plugins we have created.

What kind of files are you able to print?
We currently support HTML, Images and RAW printing (ZPL, CPL, EPL ESC/P etc) and have limited support for PDF's.What drivers are needed to be able to print?
You will just need the standard drivers that are supplied by your printer manufacturer, no special drivers are required.Do you offer a trial?
We don't have a system for trials, however if after signing up you are not happy, we offer a full refund within 30 days of signing up, this offer is only available once per person/company.How does the API printing work?
Please view our help documents here, but in short you log into our api with your login details (we recommend using child accounts for this), and send your print file encoded in base64 to our printer queue, we do the rest.How do I share my Account?
When logged in, visit your account section in the dashboard, click on profile and click the add [ + ] button in the Team members section, enter their email address and which permissions you wish them to be able to access.Can I close my account?
Of course, while we hope you don't want to close your account, but if you do there are no contract periods with our service, so you just need to contact us to close your account. Please note we are unable to refund purchase credits however if you want them transfered to another account please let us know where you would like them sending and our staff will help you fill out the documentation required to do this.Our Simple Pricing
